Beginning to bloom July 2014. A pretty much carefree and indestructible garden favorite.

May 2002 - "Goldsturm" Maybe a few weeks away from blooming. Very nice foliage.

just love these!

These black & gold flowers are a bright addition to any garden. Deadheading will prolong blooming into fall!

in her 3rd season this golstrum adds bright color and stability along my driveway garden. i also use her in other beds for cohesiveness.

Bees and butterflies cannot resist this plant's blooms. (San Antonio, Tx.)

One Month Old Seedlings

right one ???

Blooming August 1, 2005 in zone 4a

Rudbeckia fulgida 'Goldsturm'

August 11, 2006 in Zone 4a It's starting to grow more clumps around the first one.

Huge flowers at least 5 inches across.

Early Spring Emergence

Super staple for any butterfly garden.

Blooming in East Texas full sun, July 2008

Easy to grow perennial.

Starting to flower mid august here in zone 5a (Nova scotia, halifax), attracts butterflies, thrives in dry conditions and full sun

After two months of flowers, my 3 plants became a Goldfinch magnet.

Waking up to a fresh blanket of snow, the spent flower-heads provide winter interest.

Rudbeckia 'Goldsturm' - 9/11/13

The insects stayed away from this plant. Nothing seemed to be eating the leaves

Growing happily, with Pannicum Cloud Nine, in my Bermuda Triangle of clay soil. I love Rudbeckia!
