Queen’s Tears, Friendship Plant, Hardy Queen's Tears IBillbergia nutans var. nutans) has beautiful blooms and is lovely even when not in bloom. The long pink bracts add color to the winter landscape.

My client found this Queens Tear behind her house in a swampy area gave me a start and it finally bloomed

I was delighted to find this Billbergia nutans bromeliad "Queen's Tears" growing out of the trunk of a Totara tree at the bottom of my garden in New Zealand

"Friendship Plant" growing in my East facing semi-shade garden (morning sun only).

Plant given to me 4-5 years ago. 1st time to bloom May 2013.
