I have several of these plants. They are all blooming this year, some with multiple flowers.

My bug killer has been around for a week now

Grows fast in summer and dies back some what in winter. Can get overwhelming.

This paint is my friend ;-) I almost killed it twice because I am such the rookie

This plant is over 9' tall

was thinking zone 10a was pessimistic, until 27F did this to my plant Jan 07 southern California freeze... bummer

This is a closeup of sap from this Philodendron coming out of the trunk. The leaves are cut off because this has recently been transplanted.

Our Philodendron after being transplanted from my FIL's yard. It's gone through the T-shock and lost most all of it's leaves. No new ones yet, hopefully soon!

Split Leaf Philodendron/Selloum - I neve knew this bloomed!

Sap oozing from recently trimmed plant. looks like blood. Sap can be a skin irritant, so wear protection when trimming.

These are over 20 years old now, we keep them trimmed so the don't interrupt walkway. Zone 9b FL

After freeze into upper teens with a couple other nights well into the 20's (deg F).
