Young Aloe vera

My Aloe, grown in indirect sunlight.

Look at the bud. Is it the flower or seeds? I have had this plant about two years and this is the first time it grew a stalk and bud. The stalk and "bud" have taken about two months to get to this stage.

This is the picture with the "bud" in it.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates Zone11

This aloe plant is about 15 years old. I'm afraid to move it and just let it do its own thing. It blooms about every three years.
