I find Feverfew makes a wonderful underplanting for roses.

Most of the volunteer seedlings from Tanacetum parthenium 'Aureum' revert to Tanacetum parthenium.

I let it naturalize, adding a cottagey touch to the garden. An added bonus ~ it works beautifully in cut flower arrangements!
