I have read the book and grown the gardens as taught so well by Dr. jacob Mittleider. After setting up the Grow-Boxes and automating the watering system, my 8-year-old daughter ran the garden all summer, and we had the best garden we had ever had.

Sometimes called "modified hydroponics" or "the poor man's hydroponic system", we learned to garden simply and inexpensively in the ground, on top of the ground, and even on a cement patio. Yet our yields are much higher than any other method we've ever tried.

There are dozens of excellent pictures. This how-to book lays everything out for you, and will give you a great experience in your vegetable garden.

Highly recommended!
