Linda is an award winning cook and these recipes are simply exquisite. She stresses safe food handling and gives tips on presenting these recipes in a way that they are simply 'eye candy'...literally.

From the most simple to highly complex, the recipes have names such as 'Brandy Peach Conserve' and Raspberry Curd'

If you enjoy making gifts from your vegetables and fruits, this is a must have.
