June 14, 2004 | I ordered a log cabin from Langhale and found the service to be excellant and also the cheapest availalable, i would recommend them for the customer service and the expertise in building knowledge |

June 10, 2004 | Ordered a product online. Wrong product was sent. Took nearly a week to pick up product and then another 3 days before replacement arrived. Replacement was wrong product again.Customer service was awful, really did not seem bothered or really seem to know what was going on. I shop on the web a lot and have never had such a bad experience. Avoid like the plague! |
