Won 5 hostas from this company back on July 10, payment was sent July 14. Contact the seller around the 26th to see if payment was received and when he'll be sending the plants. He said he received payment and will try to get my order out today it has rained all morning so he doesn't know how digging will be that day and he is running behind and to thank me for my patience.

Then on August 3rd asks me if I have received them yet, to my reply I said no and was there a tracking number.

Then I get a second e-mail asking me if I have sent my payment or if I'm still shopping. To which I get confused as he said earlier that he received it.

After my reply to his second e-mail he claims it was never received And still asks if I'm still shopping and thinks I have a few different orders and will throw in a bonus hosta for any confusion, "we always aim to please".

My reply included the e-mail that was sent confirming payment was received and stating I only had one order and wondering if he's confusing me with someone else.

The reply then was again if I received my plants yet. Already stating this I was quite appalled and asked again if there was a tracking number on it. This was between Aug 3-4.

No reply until Aug 12, saying he just came across my order and will ship Monday. And I quote "As I recall I did ship the Sea Sprite and Gypsy Rose,
Because I have only shipped two of those this year and I
remember your name. So I will get the others out Monday, Are you bidding on anything this week end? I have one or two really nice things that people will probable pay dirt for."

I bet you can imagine my reaction to that. I replied to the e-mail asking why he just came across my order now when I paid him over 3 weeks ago, which should have been sent out shortly thereafter. Also stated that I don't plan on bidding on anything else now or in the future. That also I wanted a tracking number on the parcel and I wanted shipped out at once.

Sent another e-mail on the 16th asking again where are my plants and stating I wanted my money back.

No reply, so sent an e-mail on Aug 18 asking a clarification on this situation. Also opened a dispute on Ebay with no response. Also said in my e-mail that I wanted my money back and will be leaving negative feedback.

Then another on Aug 22 stating that I opened a dispute against him and sent several e-mails with no reply. Also mention in capital letters that I want my money back now and that I will be filling another claim with Ebay and also I will cal the local police to report fraud claim against him.

Then another on Aug 24 asking again where my plants are. Then I requested contact information from Ebay and tried calling his number on the 25th, surprisingly it kept ringing then after stating that the number cannot be completed as dialed. Wow no surprise there.

So sent an e-mail on the 25th stating about the phone call and again stating that if I don't hear from him by tomorrow I will be leaving negative feedback and calling the police to fill a claim. He had left me no choice.

Finally got a reply later that day, wow! He states that he was on a business trip and just got back that day and has not forgotten my order(even though he said he already shipped out two of my plants won) and that he is running behind and if I wanted my money back. He says he's not playing games just very busy building the new nursery.

My reply was asking if he even sent the plants yet and if not I wanted my money back and told him I will not buy from him again.

His reply to my e-mail as quoted "Your pretty obsessed with this aren't you, chill out."

I was totally flabbergasted, after waiting for over a month for my plants with promises of sending or sent plants he had the nerve to say that. ARGH!

I told him that what else would you expect, paid for this plants over 4 weeks ago and he keeps saying he shipped them with no proof and go away with orders unfilled with out letting people know. That was no way to run a business and that I'll let my gardening buddies know about him.

Will update if I ever receive my refund. But just to let you guys know about this guy. Absolutely horrible!
