No idea what they mean but this was paid 5 march 2013 and I never received a single bulb or tracking number

I made a purchase for plumeria at the end of Jan and was told they would ship at the end of March 2014 providing weather conditions were good.

I then made a purchase early March for Euphorbia Milli and was given the same message. Here we are in May 2014 and neither of the goods have arrived. I have been a loyal customer of theirs and sit under their "premier club"

My shipping status still says not dispatched when I log in & by no surprise No one answers the customer phone number, emails or messages so my next step is to drive over to the nursery and get my money back! Luckily I live in Manchester.


Most of the things they sell, you can get directly from Thailand WITH a photo sanitary certificate through or by searching Thailand nurseries. I've had several euphorbia milli from with a 100% satisfaction rate and a fraction of the price that plumeria2u charge!

I do hope many others see this before making a purchase. I too, like many others who have left positive comments would of been the first to do so over the last few years but after my loyalty, money and time chasing this last order that wasn't cheap for the two items combined I would never recommend them again.

Plumeria2u , you have truly let me down and taken my money!

Ordered a plumeria plant and some seeds on 18 Mar 2014, nothing received up to 5 May 2014.

Mailed them for info on 25 Apr 2014, no reply.

I have asked my credit card provider to do a charge-back.

Ordered some Pleiones on the Wednesday, they arrived on Saturday, as described, perfectly packed and in very good condition. The guy gets an A+++ from me!

I ordered 3 plumeria plants on March 15 2013 and was told that the plants would be sent in early April after the spring frosts had finished. Several questions I had were responded to very quickly via email and in April emails asking when the plants would be sent were also answered promptly.

The last personal email I received was on April 23rd 2013 when I was told that the plants had been sent on April 22nd 2013. After waiting two weeks and not receiving any plants I sent an email to Plumeria2U which was not replied to. Since then I've been writing emails asking about my purchase and have received no replies.

On May 10th 2013 I received a computer generated email stating that my order had been updated to "dispatched" but no reply was made to my email asking when the plants had been sent, how many packages, if there was a tracking number etc. Of course, as expected, no reply was made to these emails or any other email I sent.

After 30 days from the "original" date of shipping (May 23rd 2013) I followed the advice of the Citizens Advice Bureau and formally asked Plumeria2U for a cancellation of my order and a refund. No reply was made to this email. Following this I contacted my bank who after a very quick investigation have charged the purchase back to the merchant's bank. I continue to receive the "sales" emails 1-2 times a week but have had no personal emails from the company or owner regarding my order.

I will NEVER purchase from this shop again and I strongly recommend NOT buying from this vendor. My experience with this vendor has been very disappointing and his treatment of me, very unprofessional.

Made an order ón some plumeria and adeniums and some seeds. Her wrote back and suggested, that he could reducere the Price, if he was allowed to use my Pleione orchid pictures ón his Web page. The reason was, that he was going to Trade some pleione and that he had lost all his own pictures. We agreed ón that. End of april he wrote and told mé, that the order was dispaches. Aften 2 weeks notning had been delivered, so I wrote him a mail. Since that i have been writing to his Company as well as him personaly, but he newer write mé back. Only his Company sends mé new offers 1-2 times a week. It seems that mony and effort has been wasted.

I've ordered plumeria seeds on multiple occasions from this company. The orders were received in a timely fashion, and with excellent seed viability, too good, in fact, as I ended up with far more plumeria seedlings than I had room for, and I had seed left over. I'd read that plumeria seed don't remain viable for long, and should therefore be planted soon after they're received, but I'm not sure how accurate that information was, as I'd planted my remaining seed about a week ago, almost a year after they were purchased, and the germination rate ist still almost 100%!
I've placed another seed order, since, and am looking forward to it's arrival.

I had given up waiting for it, and asked for a refund through Paypal, immediately before their coverage lapsed, for the transaction, and Stuart promptly processed the refund. The order arrived the very next day. I feel pretty bad about resorting to the only option towards resolution I saw available ("bad " doesn't begin to cover it!), and I've returned payment to him by way of Paypal ...but still, I wish things had worked out differently .....especially with regard to communications, and timing.
All I can do at this point is wish him well.

I'm also waiting for my order which was mailed 4/22/13 and Stuart who usually responds very fast to my emails has decided not to respond after mailing my plants. I'm waiting for my 6 David Clulow adeniums as well and by now I don't think it will be viable if I got it in the mail. I have to return the pots that I've purchased

I've ordered plants from all over the globe including UK, South Africa, China , Japan and Taiwan and many more! and this has taking the longest with the worst experience. I will not buy from this seller ever again. I was hoping this will be a good experience so I can give Stuart more business from myself as well as friends . Too bad!

After successfully ordering seeds from Stuart at Plumeria2U 2 years ago, I decided to order some plants. I ordered 5 adenium plants from David Clulow and had to wait more than 2 months to receive them because they were apparently sent to my billing address and then returned and mailed again to my clearly marking mailing address. On arrival, 2 of the five plants had started to rot and subsequently died. I emailed Stuart at least 5 times without a response. About 2 months later, I finally received an email saying that he had found my emails in the spam folder and would be happy to replace the plants.

As I was happy with the 3 plants that had arrived, I decided to go ahead and order another 5 plants to help with the shipping, etc. After numerous delays that were supposedly related to the weather, and many emails inquiring whether he had sent the plants as he had said he would, in February he sent me an email saying that the 7 plants had been shipped. However, he neglected to add a tracking number as he had done previously. After another 5+ emails, this was the last note I got from him....

Hi xxxxxx-

I have been away all week working sorry for the delay. I will send the tracking number later today when I go down to the office, it’s my birthday so the family are taking me out but I will get it to you today. I will be taking stock of David’s plants tomorrow and listing what is left on the site as I don’t think we will be importing any more this year as the whole process of importing from Venezuela is just a nightmare and the plants take around 10 weeks to arrive after shipping which mean they take a very very long time to recover.


He never sent the tracking number and has stopped answering emails.

As with others here, I strongly suggest you think twice before doing business with this man. Stuart, if you read this, I am still waiting for any kind of correspondence from you on this matter...

How can you trust a seller who steals other people's work?

I purchased a couple of seeds from them on december and the seeds was shipped in january, the shipment was fast and arrived in a week time. However 1 of the seed was wrong and i noticed them about it, they promised to sent the correct seed but until now i didn't received it and all email that I sent them has no response. I don't recommend ppl to buy from them.

I also have a very bad experience with plumeria2u, 2012 September make two orders not yet received. Third was commissioned in November, also did not show up. The third got the money back through Pay Pal, but the two previous orders not because of late found myself. Both shipments were sent out in the 29th October, but the e-mail claims to send tracking numbers, then no reply is received and the countless e-mail I have not received any response.

I bought 21 plumeria plants 2 years ago.... for an amount of 1.200€ . All the flowers that i got from that plants are wrong!!
No one is the right flowering, so the send me all fake plants!!

I purchased Plumerias to the value of over £95 in September 2012. I have had nothing but empty promises and excuses since then despite sending several emails and telephoning. They do not reply and now the telephone number is no longer on their site. I can only warn others to avoid this company at all costs. I shall look into taking this further if I do not hear from the company in response to this. I understand from this site that there may have been personal problems, but this is not a reason not to at least respond and inform.

I DO NOT recommend to order from this company; especially when you live outside UK ... everything seemed to be ok at the beginning. The email responses to my questions were prompt and very helpful. I ordered a plant on may 31st and when it didn't arrive after 2 weeks and wrote to Stuart. He advised, it was shipped on June 6th and I should let him know in case I don't receive anything within a week... this was on June 14th and the last time I heard anything from him.
I sent several emails ... June 27th, July 3rd, 9th, 13th, 17th, 19th = no response; tried to call them = no response; tried to write on their web site = no response.
I haven't received any plant or explanation or anything yet!!!
On August 30th, 2012, nikitka33 added the following:

still not change ... it is August 30th and nothing has been delivered yet. After 2 months Stuart replied to my email on Aug 6th confirming that he sends the plant again and will provide the tracking no. Since then I have not heard from him ... again, he keeps ignoring me!!!!

I bought seeds a year ago and i received it with no problem. Then i bought a plant, that was much more expensive and it never arrived. I have sent them many e-mails with no results. At some point, this man named Stuart, told me that they already sent it months ago...but they were going to send it again with a tracking number. I have never received it...

I have bought plants (small orders) from this company for 2 years and never had a problem. However, between 27 April and 21 June I ordered 8 plants which cost £328.77 ($509).

The plants were not delivered and when I enquired why, I was told it was the fault of the Royal Mail and the order would be re-sent. When this order didn’t arrive I was told it was the fault of the courier service and the order would be re-sent.

I contacted the courier in early July and was told “the parcel does not show as being collected on the tracking service”. I contacted the courier again (3 September 2012) and was told “the tracking would suggest that this has not been collected. I would advise you contact the sender”

The last time I heard from Pluneria2u was 9 July, again, stating the order would be re-sent. Still nothing arrived and despite sending daily emails I have heard nothing. The emails have been ignored.

My local Trading Standards wrote to the company asking them to refund me the money and this has also been ignored.

I am now going to take legal action to get my money back plus costs.

I ordered over a hundred pounds worth of plants from this company in late August. On August 29 I had an email saying they had been posted. Not a thing has arrived.

I have emailed the company 3 times and been ignored.

I am surprised how easily a company can get away with taking people's money and not sending the goods. If I don't hear within a couple more days, I'm taking this up with trading standards.

Your order was posted and returned as uncollected by your post office. We have emailed you 3 times asking you to confirm your address and you have had an email today with proof of posting and proof that your package is here and ready to be reposted along with my home phone number so you can call me.
Your emails are redirected and all we get is an out of office reply.
Please check your emails and call me so we can re-send this order tomorrow.

I have just received my second order from this company and as the first time I am more than happy.
One of the Plumeria I have bought even has flower buds apperaring on it.
I ordered at 4pm yesterday and the plants arrived at 7-30am this morning well packed and with full colour growing instructions.

At last I have found a website that sells Plumeria in the UK. I have returned from my honeymoon in Hawaii and after seeing these wonderful plants i desperately needed one for my house.
Stuart bent over backwards to help me select a wonderful Miami Rose variety and even went as far as delivering it to me 200 miles from where he lives while he was on holiday.
I cannot thank Stuart enough.
I will be back for more.

I have used this company for over 4 years and everything I have ever bought has been excellent quality and the service second to none.
I buy both Adenium and Euphorbia on a regular basis and each plant is packed carefully with full instructions.
If you live in the UK there are not a lot of nurseries that sell Adenium, plumeria or Euphorbia so having this nursery within driving distance is a real bonus.
I would not hesitate in recomending Plumeria2U to anyone and have passed the website on to many friends overseas who have always received the same excellent service that I receive in the UK.

Ordered cuttings 17 days ago was assured they would be posted that day... to date nothing. Does not answer emails nor answer the phone. I have since been contacted by others on Facebook who have VERY NEGATIVE experiences with this man.... I would NEVER recommend this company PLUMERIA LOVERS BE WARNED.

Having bought a great many plants from this company all I have is praise for them. They carry what must be the largest range of Plumeria in Europe and always offer excellent advice.
One complaint is they are a little expensive but the plants are good quality.

I have had many Adenium's from this company over the last 4 years and all have been excellent quality.
I have recently purchased several of the hybrids they are selling for David Clulow of which 2 are starting to flower and as usual they are true to type and excellent quality plants.
I would recomend them 100%.

ordered on 23rd may...
not received by june 9th so contacted...received email back saying sorry and they would ensure express delivery within 3 days.
nothing received by 15th june so emailed again.
no response.
emailed them again 19th response. tried calling, they hung up. texted..message delivered. no response to date 22nd June. not picking up calls or returning emails.

I will be taking legal action if no response in next 24 hours. suggest extreme care when using this company.

I have been using this company more over 3 years now and spent many 1000's of £ on plants.
They are always adding new varieties to their catalogue and customer service is second to none.
If you live in the UK they are the only source for quality Plumeria plants which they import from Luc at FCN I Think?
I have also ventured into the world of Adeniums and so far the plants I have received are excellent.

I have bought several plumeria from this company and all have been of the highest quality. Aftersales is excellent and they are always available to offer help and advice. I am going to look at the Adeniums next, I fancy a challenge!!

I have bought several plants from this company. I was happy with the transactions until the last plumeria arrived in very poor state (black tips); I was offered a gift voucher for almost the price of the plant. I then bought an adenium using this voucher but it never arrived (a month now) despite the use of tracked next day delivery. I have send numerous emails to the company but have not heard back; my phone messages are not returned. I have no idea why their service has slipped so badly. Real shame. I am probably not going to receive the plant nor my money.....I don't recommend them.

I have purchased from this company on several occasions and each time they have been very helpfull and are always willing to share their knowledge. Every plant is always fantastic quality and always flowering size. they really are the only source for Plumeria in the UK.
