April 15, 2014 | Cal Cactus was no in the Garden Watchdog list, so I asked DG to add them specifically so that I can leave a feedback. I am very pleased with my first purchase of succulents from Cal Cactus. They ship bareroot, and they all arrived in great condition. It looked like each plant was in a 4" pot before soil was removed for shipping. So each succulent was larger than expected, which was very nice. I especially like the Euphorbia Lactea "White Ghost". I ordered two of these, and they have multiple branches, and a good size for $7 only. These are hard to find, so I am very happy that Cal Cactus carried them. One thing though, that I would like them to add is a identification label for each plant. I now need to look at the pictures on their site to identify each one and create the labels myself. However, that's just a very minor nit. I would definitely order from them again. |
