I found Perennial Market Place through a search for specific plants and made a purchase on-line via credit card. This was the first week in June. In July, I began to send emails inquiring as to the status of the order. In August, I began to make phone calls to the 888 number listed on the receipt. I either received no answer (28 rings) or 'the mailbox is full.' through the phone system...No plants, no response in over two months. On August 20th, 2014, txaggiegal added the following:
After multiple attempts to contact this company, received an email today with a status report... It took them almost 90 days to communicate that they did not have the plants available. The company apparently functions under several names as well: Perennial Farm Marketplace and The Perennial Farm. If anyone else needs to contact the company in question: Call Dawn Quintavalle (The Perennial Farm) at 410-592-6106 which was listed in the signature block as the office phone.
