I ordered several items from them. They shipped some of the items, but missed others. I emailed their customer support twice and finally got a reply; they asked for evidence of my order, which I provided. They didn't get back to me for 3 weeks, so I emailed them again, with no response. 2 weeks later I sent yet another email, and again no response. I then reported them to the BBB, and they refunded the difference.
