We ordered two Verdure Moss Wall Systems which were promised in 2 weeks time. They were finally shipped 2 1/2 months later only to fail withing 5 days. The moss flopped right down exposing that it had only been suspended by extra sticky tape. The Operations Manager came out with another unit, but this too failed within a week. We were in contact for the next 5 1/2 months with the company promising to replace the unit with a non-leaking one that wouldn't drop its moss wall, but nothing new ever arrived. We finally requested removal and refunds for the units. These too have been promised, but as yet, the company has not kept its promises.

I called this company a few times to get information about a product (Wettable Sulfur). Now one ever called me back even though I left my telephone number on their machine. I did buy the product anyway and applied it once before this winter. I will apply it in the spring and will add to this comment when I have determined if it will reduce grass growth in areas where I have a lot of moss growing. I wish this company had called me back as their web site says they will.
