This company has stopped answering their phone. There voicemail is full, so you can not leave a message, and their email address bounces back as undeliverable. Be warned..

On January 6, 2021, I telephoned in and placed a seed order with Twilley Seed company. I chose to call, because I needed to make sure all the variety of seeds I was going to order where in stock at that time. I was confirmed yes, as I read my seed order, the varieties where indeed in stock. I placed my order that day, and my Twilley seed order, and paid by credit card for the entire order. My Twilley seed order arrived, missing part of the order.
I was assured when I ordered them the day before, everything I was ordering was in stock, by Twilley checking their inventory.
I called Twilley on January 15th, spoke with a woman, and she confirmed yes, that product is indeed in stock. I replied to her, since I ordered it on Jan 6th, and have already paid for it, could you please mail it right out to me, as I am beginning to prepare to start my seeds. She said the remaining order would ship right out.
On February 1st, I called Twilley again. I spoke with a woman again, she said she would transfer me to a rep to talk to...the transfer call went to a voicemail stating the mailbox is "full" and I could not leave a message. I tried calling Twilley right back...Twilley did not answer the phone.
On Feb 2nd, I have tried calling Twilley multiple times. Either the phone rings, and is never answered, or it goes to voicemail and says the mailbox is full....
On Feb 2nd, I sent an email to Twilley Seed, using the email on my invoice from 4 weeks ago...the email to Twilley bounced right back to me, saying it was undeliverable.....


On February 16th, 2021, MVIsland added the following:

Contacted Twilley by telephone again on Feb 4th, spoke with a woman named "Denna", asked her about the status of the rest of my order that I paid in full for and was never shipped. She said more seeds will be coming in soon, I told her I ordered on Jan 6th via the phone to make certain the seeds were in stock...I told her I need them now to start or I will miss my window of opportunity to start them, her reply was the seeds may not even be available, but they took my money for them on Jan 6th...I asked to to just please credit back my credit card (they have all that info) she said she would, and the credit would show in about 3 days... It has been 2 weeks since that phone call. My credit card was never credited back my money.....SHAME on TWILLEY...

This is a horrible company. Tried to order some seeds from them. Sent them an email and never got any response. When called the customer service within their business hours and nobody answered the phone.

Ordered our seed geraniums from them this just to save a few bucks. Ha-Ha. We grow 1500 to 2000. Because of poor germ. and short seeds in pack we were short plants to sell. No more ordering here!
