I have ordered plants twice from Brain Williams. The first time (2015) the transaction went well. The plants shipped within one week and the plants were large for the price paid.
The second order occurred on April 17, 2017. Brian charged my account immediately even though the plants did not ship until May 9th. I also never received a emailed list of the plants that I ordered or a estimated time that the plants would ship. The plants finally arrived on May 11th. All of the plants looked good except the Tetrapanax Papyrifer steroidal giant. It only had one leaf that was wilted. I immediately planted it. The one leaf died and the plant began a slow death spiral. On June 5th the plant was officially dead.
I emailed Brian about the problem and never received a response. I guess this experience will end up costing me $27.99 plus shipping. It appears that service after the sale is nonexistent.

I would like to update my experiences with this company and change the rating. I still cannot describe my experience with Brian's Botanicals as positive, but I did receive replacement plants. I was shocked when it arrived because I did not receive any email directly from any employee at Brian's Botanicals about my situation prior to shipment.
