I haven't ordered from them, but I visited their website. They do it the old fashioned way which is to print out an order form. I then have to fill in the form by hand and then mail or fax the form to them. This just seems like such a hassle in this day and age of paypal. If I don't find another company in my area that I like, I'll drudge through it but their purchase process is such a turnoff.

Well, we tried it your way for a year: ordering online. With all the hassle, the cost, the time lost with phone calls and emails, the confusion (on the part of the customer) with plant information, the fees charged by PayPal and by the credit card companies, we have closed our online store. We LIKE to talk with customers, we like to help guide them to plants that they will like and ones that will survive for them. We really like the person touch that comes with a phone conversation, not just a paper spewed out by a computer somewhere. Our products and service speak for themselves. We hope that you will revisit our fantastic nursery!
