Told me I could expect shipping within the next week. Called early morning June 17th, still no shipping. Informed the very nice customer service representative that either they needed to be shipped that day or I needed to cancel my order. As of the 20th, there is no shipping notification, no refund notification, nothing. After contacting them twice, I had no recourse except to file for reimbursement through PayPal - thank goodness I used my PayPay account!
Itís really a shame as I have been considering trying out the grow boxes for several years, but I have seedlings I started in March waiting for growboxes that it seems I will not get in time to be of any use.
