We ordered a few plants over the phone with a credit card, and this company did not send the plants but charged our card. A month later, after repeated phone calls and multiple emails unanswered (and one false promise a few weeks ago that the plants would be sent out, but a smaller size than what we ordered), and we still don't have the plants. The owner didn't even bother to return our phone call to work things out after he was told that the charge on our credit card will be disputed with the credit card company. Very unprofessional.
