My experience went perfect and I can tell that, had it not gone so well, they would have worked with the problem until I was fully satisfied. I purchased a variety of baby ducks from e-fowl.com and received them as brand new ducklings on May 4, 2010. I ordered 10, but they sent 11 in case one would die. They were very healthy and have all survived. They are now a little over 4 months old and are absolutely beautiful healthy ducks. I plan on ordering chicks from them in the spring, and I have no doubt that I will receive healthy chicks that will grow to produce great eggs.
