They have very poor packaging (See images - //picasaweb.google.com/113640539509860848127/PrairiePlantSystemsShipping) for retail shipping and plants arrive very dried and out of their pots with root dirt distributed all over the box. On April 26th, 2011, yielder changed the rating from negative to neutral and added the following:
PPS has changed its packaging - see //goo.gl/4LUEV. I have not used them since first ordering from them in 2009 so I do not know if their customer service has improved. Nonetheless, I've changed my rating from negative to neutral.On Apr 26, 2011, Prairie Plant Systems responded with:
