Order says \\\"shipped\\\" but according to the post office, the item with that tracking number was never actually sent.
Tried email/leaving voicemail. No response. I just opened a PayPal complaint.
On May 9th, 2019, ralphthefarmer changed the rating from negative to neutral and added the following:
Customer service paid immediate attention to the PayPal complaint that I filed, and my order was shipped out the following Monday. Incomplete, order contained a shortfall of one particular seed but the rest was there. MySeeds responded to the PayPal complaint and shipped the remaining missing seeds. Upgrading them to Positive for very solid and responsive customer service. Just wish the ordering process itself had been as smooth and responsive upfront.
If you are considering ordering, you'll get good quality seeds from these guys, but beware that 'shipped' doesn't really mean 'shipped', and the tracking number you'll receive within a day of ordering may still mean nothing gets shipped for a week or more.
