The REAL Aeonium haworthii var. tricolor is actually a variegated form of Aeonium haworthii and maintains its triple coloration of (almost-white) Cream, Red, & Green. The cream coloration noticeably flushes from the sides of the leaves toward the mid-rib furrow. Unfortunately, it's far-too-often mislabeled as Aeonium 'Kiwi' or even called a "synonym of".
